Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact admin@mochiandpaws.com as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or video where relevant. We will review the information and confirm the appropriate next steps.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or compensation when a product does not meet a consumer guarantee. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Before returning an item

Please do not send an item back until we have confirmed eligibility and provided return instructions in writing. Return arrangements and the available remedy depend on the reason for the return and the applicable consumer rights.
