These Terms of Service apply when you visit or purchase from Mochi & Paws. Mochi & Paws is operated by E&S Technology Pty Ltd (ABN 50 676 583 314) in Victoria, Australia. By using our store, you agree to these terms.

Products and information

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary between screens, and packaging or minor product details may change. Please review the product description, dimensions, compatibility information and care instructions before ordering.

Prices, GST and international charges

Australian prices include GST where applicable. Prices may be displayed in a local currency for supported markets. The final price, currency, shipping charge and any taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes or carrier charges not collected at checkout.

Orders

After you place an order, we may contact you if we need to verify information, address a stock or pricing error, or confirm that an item can be delivered to your address. We may cancel an order before fulfilment for genuine stock, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention or delivery reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Payment

You must provide accurate billing and contact information and be authorised to use the selected payment method. Payment processing is provided by the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping options, charges and supported destinations are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Returns and consumer guarantees

Returns and remedies are handled under our Refund Policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, use the store unlawfully, or infringe another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the store design, branding, text and original content are owned by or licensed to E&S Technology Pty Ltd. You may use the store for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce or exploit its content without permission or another lawful basis.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time by publishing the revised version. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live.
